Distinct Dual Density provides maximum dust loading and dust retention. The coarse, open structure of the white as the air-entering layer, is designed for depth loading (capturing the larger more visible dust). The orange, dense downstream layer prevents finer dirt from passing through the media.

Unique  Adhesive uniformly coats one-half of the total fibers (downstream layer) during the actual formation of the media.

Antimicrobial is a biocide that effectively controls growth of mold, mildew and algae on filters. Our filters with the antimicrobial do not support microbial growth. This antimicrobial adhesive will not off gas, migrate or leach into the air stream.

Renews its Effectiveness by absorbing dust particles into the adhesive, thus trapping them onto the surface of individual fibers.

Will Not Migrate. It is an integral part of themedia matrix formed during production. Tests conducted at velocities of 900 fpm showed NO migration.

Will Not Dry Out in use due to the nonvolatile chemical composition of its adhesive formulation.Operating Temperatures up to 200° F are   acceptable with no adverse effect in the performance or media integrity.
